LLAMADAS A TRAVÉS DE INTERNET

ESTIMADO CLIENTE:
Hemos habilitado las tarjetas para que puedan realizar sus llamadas desde internet, si dispone una conexión de banda ancha, debe registrarse en la web y bajar el programa "Eye Bean" que aparece en la sección de descargas, en la web está la configuración que debe utilizar para poder realizar llamadas desde el mismo.
Por favor, póngase en contacto con nosotros si tiene alguna duda al respecto.
De momento es una posibilidad más que podemos ofrecerle mientras se soluciona el problema con las líneas telefónicas.

A TODOS LOS CLIENTES DE TARJETAS PRE-PAGO:

A las 8:00 aproximadamente del día 07/05/09 el ICE determinó, que por no contar aún con los permisos de la SUTEL y por suponer una falta contractual a los servicios brindados por el ICE inhabilitó los servicios telefónicos que servían de conexión al sistema de llamadas con las tarjetas pre-pago, por lo que a partir de esa hora y día, no se pueden realizar llamadas a través de números telefónicos.
Por favor, contacte a su distribuidor o bien comuníquese con nuestras oficinas para indicarle, qué debe hacer con su tarjeta pre-pago.
Para este medio, ampliaremos nuestro horario de antención a público.
Le pedimos disculpas por este inconveniente que se nos sale de las manos, al no contar en el país, otro proveedor de servicios. Interphone, S.A., está haciendo todo lo posible por solucionar lo antes posible este problema y así habilitar en breve este servicio.
De momento, no podemos determinar cuánto tiempo puede demorar esta situación pues debemos de esperar la resolución de la SUTEL y renegociar con el ICE la interconexión de las redes.
Quedando a su disposición, nuevamente les pedimos disculpas por los inconvenientes que esto le pueda ocasionar.
